Our Story

Born from the
Quiet conviction

LaTulip Brewing Company didn't begin with a grand plan — it began with a stubborn refusal to accept anything less than extraordinary. Tucked along US Highway 2 in Cooks, Michigan, we built something that the big breweries couldn't replicate: soul.

Every hop is selected with intention. Every mash schedule is refined through hundreds of iterations. Our bakery pairs fresh loaves with each tasting, because we believe the best moments happen when great beer meets great bread at a wooden table with people you care about. This isn't a factory. It's a laboratory of flavor, a gathering place, and a promise kept — batch after batch.

The Bakery

Bread baked
before the beer flows

We don't just brew — we bake. Every morning, our oven fires up before the taps are pulled. Sourdough loaves with crackling crusts, buttery croissants, and savory flatbreads — all crafted to complement our beers and elevate the tasting experience.

Our pairing philosophy is simple: the beer should enhance the bread, and the bread should make the beer taste even better. It's a conversation between grain and hop, and we're honored to be the translator.

  • 100% natural ingredients, no preservatives
  • 48-hour cold-fermented sourdough
  • Beer-pairing flights available daily
  • Custom catering for events and gatherings
